1. Eligibility for Refunds

a) Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks):

(i). Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds for eBooks or audiobooks once they have been downloaded or accessed.

(ii). Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Significant technical issues preventing access or usability

b) Physical Products (Printed Books):

(i). You may request a refund for physical books within 30 days of purchase.

(ii). To be eligible, the book must be

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returned in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Refund

a) Digital Products:

  • Contact our customer support team at simmabookstore@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • We may ask for additional information or screenshots to process your request.

b) Physical Products:

  • Email our support team at simmabookstore@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the book back to us.

3. Refund Process

a)Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your request or returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.

b)Refund Method:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

c)Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Custom orders

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
